A brew you wait all year for is here 🍻

Each fall, hops reach their peak, bursting with complex flavors and aromas that only happen at harvest time. @SierraNevada Northern Hemisphere Harvest captures that just-picked experience by using hops before they’ve dried—what we call a wet hop IPA. This year, they plucked Centennial hops straight from the field, rushed them to their kettles, and brewed within hours for an IPA bursting with notes of citrus blossoms, rose, and pine.
