Ommegeddon is coming 💣 and it’s a wild take on a Belgian classic. This farmhouse ale is brewed with Ommegang’s signature house yeast and spiced with grains of paradise, coriander, orange zest, and ginger. After primary fermentation, Brettanomyces is introduced, and a dry, funky secondary fermentation unfolds. The result is rustic, layered, and quietly explosive.
